Ticketmaster = Microsoft
Both have a monopoly on providing sub par (but necessary) services while charging outrageous 'convenience' fees when there actually is no convenience in their service.

I totally agree
yeah the breaking point for me was when they sold me a seat that didn't exist b/c a column was where the seat was supposed to be.
